Returns and Exchanges

As much as we hope you love your new Kākou clothing, we understand that you may need a new size or may want to keep looking to find your perfect fit. As a small batch company, our team is happy to help you find exactly what you need.

We accept returns and exchanges postmarked within 30 days of receiving your package. All items must be unworn/unwashed and returned with the original tag and packaging. You must have original receipt, order number, or proof of purchase. Original shipping fees at purchase are non-refundable.

Follow these steps to begin:

Step 1: Email info@kakou-apparel.com with details of your return and we will provide you with the address to which you will send your items.

Step 2: Pack up your unused, unwashed item.
Pack your return/exchange items in original packaging, ensuring you've included your order number and billing name. If you do not include these with your package, we won't know how to proceed and it will cause a delay in processing.

PLEASE NOTE:
If the package does not meet the requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the package and are not responsible for additional shipping fees back.

If you would like to exchange your item, please write the style/size/print you are exchanging for on the bottom of your email and we will send your new item within 5-7 business days of receipt. If you are concerned that the item you want will sell out, we recommend that you place a new order and return for a refund.
